This Privacy Policy explains in plain language how Decode Your Health handles your information.

• What we collect: Personal information you provide through forms (such as your name, email, phone number, and shipping address) and health-related information you choose to share (such as quiz responses, symptoms, and program intake details).
• Why we collect it: To respond to your requests, provide the educational services you ask about, send enrollment and invoice details, and (only with your separate consent) occasional marketing updates.
• How consent is obtained: You provide information voluntarily by submitting a form. Marketing email consent is a separate, optional checkbox that is unchecked by default and can be withdrawn at any time.
• Service providers: Information may be processed by the website platform, email service, and laboratory partners used to deliver testing.
• Where information is stored: Information may be stored with the website platform and service providers, which may be located in Canada or the United States.
• How it is protected: We rely on the security measures of our platform and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Ordinary email is not a secure or confidential channel for sensitive medical records; please do not email medical records or laboratory reports.
• How long it is retained: Information is retained only as long as needed to provide the services you requested and to meet reasonable record-keeping needs.
• Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting Christa using the details below.
• Withdrawing consent: You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting Christa.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of payment.

• If the laboratory tests have not been ordered, you will receive a full refund.
• If one or both tests have been ordered, a $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Once a test kit has been used and the sample has been sent to the laboratory, that test and its related services are non-refundable.
• After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued, even if the test kits have not been used.
